i love hard boiled eggs but i either over cook them or under cook them. well, problem solved…and just in time for easter! by cooking them in the oven they come out perfectly cooked and it’s a whole lot easier…no pot just waiting to boil over and cause a mess all over your stove. 

instructions
preheat oven to 325°.
place eggs in standard muffin tin.

bake for 30 minutes.

using tongs, remove eggs from muffin tin and place in an ice bath until completely cool.

dry off eggs, dye, and enjoy them on easter morning…or enjoy them now!
