i invited “the girls” over to my place one evening for drinks and girl time. i wanted something easy to eat (because we needed at least one had free for our glass of wine) but also filling. and this dip was perfect! plus it was quick and easy to make.
- 1lb. ground italian sausage
- 2 cups tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce
- 15oz. ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
in a large skillet, brown the italian sausage. drain and add back to the skillet.
add the tomato sauce to the sausage and simmer until it thickens.
spread the ricotta cheese over the bottom of a baking dish.
