cinnamon crisps

The reason I love these little crisps is that they are so versatile. You can serve them with ice cream, fruit, pudding, or just eat them by themselves. My mom, who gave me this recipe, serves them with a delicious sweet salsa. Another reason I love this dessert is that it is quick and easy…So easy my brother could do it!

Cinnamon Crisps


  • Tortillas
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter tortilla.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on tortilla.
Place tortilla onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until brown and crispy.
Cut into slices with a pizza cutter.
Serve warm and enjoy!
