I attended a friend’s baby shower over the weekend where each guest was instructed to bring a letter from the alphabet for the baby’s room. My letter was F. I wanted the letter to be unique and boyish…since she’s having a boy. I saw this idea on Pinterst (of course) and loved it since it could be customized.
- picture frame
- scrapbook paper
- mod podge
- 2 paint brushes
- hot glue gun
First, paint the letter with your choice of color.
After the letter is fully dry, paint with one coat of mod podge. This will give the letter a glossy finish.
Take apart the picture frame. You will not need the glass, only the frame and back.
Spray a layer of adhesive on the front part of the back and cover with scrapbook paper. Reassemble frame.
Finally, hot glue the painted letter in the middle of the frame and you are done!
P.S. Penelope helped me with this project by cleaning the letter for me…I guess she thought it was a little dirty.
